Location
Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel had a great location, making it an excellent starting point for touring the city. The rooms were really clean and the bed was comfy, but there was a bit of a smelly issue. The service was friendly and prompt, with a nice welcome drink provided. The dining was available for a few hours every morning, which was convenient. The location was very convenient, ideal for exploring various attractions like the windmills at Kinderkdijk.
I was on the fourth floor of the hotel, right at the front, with a significant drop to the street below. The room was newly renovated and clean, which was a plus. However, considering the price, it felt a bit small.
Upon arrival, the hotel seemed a bit worn-out and outdated for its central location in Rotterdam. Despite the initial impression, the service pleasantly surprised me with attentive and friendly staff. Location-wise, the hotel's spot in the heart of the city offered easy access to major attractions and the train station. Dining options were varied, and while the rooms appeared dark at first, the scenario improved after addressing the issue. Though there were minor inconveniences, the stay was overall satisfactory.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and quiet, offering a comfortable experience overall. The service was friendly and helpful, although the visible disparity in staff demographics was noticeable. The location was ideal, being centrally located with easy access to public transport. The dining experience, although decent, had some room for improvement in presentation and satisfaction. Overall, a good value for money choice with some minor areas to consider.
The hotel had a very nice view but didn't feel like a 4-star compared to others. The rooms were facing the back of buildings with an ugly balcony, nothing like the advertised pictures.
The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms with a good size and comfortable bed, but the service could be inconsistent. The location was ideal for exploring the city, but the dining options were mixed. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so great experiences. The rooms were comfy with a large en-suite bathroom, but unfortunately, I had extremely noisy guests in the room above. The location was fantastic, close to the city center, but the service, although the staff were very attentive and friendly, was affected by poor housekeeping and the booking staff's attitude. The dining experience was really fantastic, especially the breakfast boxes made for our early departure, but it came with a price. Overall, a decent stay with ups and downs.
The hotel offers a generous room with large windows, ironing board, hairdryer, and tea/coffee facilities, but unfortunately, the single-glazed windows made the room very cold. The service was exceptional, with a lovely surprise for my birthday, yet there was an unfortunate incident of being wrongly accused. The location couldn't be better, close to all major attractions and within walking distance to everywhere. The dining experience was superb with delicious options but a bit pricey. Overall, the hotel provides a great stay with a few hiccups.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not up to standard with old AC, a blood stain on the wall, and a stale smell; however, the location was excellent, right in the heart of the city center. The service was hit-and-miss, with some staff being exceptionally pleasant and helpful, while others seemed to rush around without much interaction. The dining experience was not as good as expected, lacking variety. Nevertheless, the hotel's facilities were decent, offering a range of services.
The hotel's rooms were not ready in time and felt more like a storage cupboard with a bed rather than cozy as imagined. Despite being a bit old and catering more to business travelers, they offered great quality. The service was excellent and very helpful, ensuring a quick check-in and out process. The location was definitely a plus, centrally located for all attractions in downtown Rotterdam, near important historical sites and shopping areas. The dining experience, though advertised as the best asset, turned out disappointing with unappetizing food options. The facilities were adequate and served their purpose well.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms had a tired look with dirty carpeting and scuffed walls, but they did offer tea and coffee facilities and a safe deposit box. The view of Rotterdam from the room was fantastic. The service was friendly and helpful, especially with addressing issues like a running water sound from the heater. The location was perfect, very close to Rotterdam CS and city attractions. The dining options were satisfying with a good variety, and the staff even prepared breakfast boxes for our early departure. However, the hotel lacked in maintaining the room conditions and cleanliness.
The hotel in Rotterdam was very spacious and had a nice view, although the rooms were old with a bloodstain on the wall, a stale smell, and ripped carpet in many areas. The service at NH Atlanta was friendly, despite a problem with the credit card at check-in, they did offer free drinks to compensate for room changes. The location was great with the option of early check-in and luggage storage, but the lack of double glazing made it noisy at night. The dining experience was more than generous, and breakfast was very good. Overall, the hotel offers excellent amenities but falls short in some maintenance areas.
