I found the staff to be really good, showing immense care and attention to detail. The hotel provided complimentary drinks and candies at reception, a good surprise. I also appreciated how quickly they fulfilled my requests for an iron, ironing board, and extra toiletries.
The room furniture was somewhat dated and showed signs of wear, but it was clean.

The hotel has a VERY convenient location, nestled between Beurs and Stadhuis metro stations. I saw restaurants and shopping malls nearby. getting to the central station only requires a short tram or metro ride.

My room was spacious and clean, offering ample room to relax after a day of sightseeing. I enjoyed the air conditioning, especially on warmer days. Bottled water and a Nespresso machine with coffee pods were also available at no extra cost.

the hotel was somewhat dated needing some general updates and improvements.

The communication with hotel staff could have been better. We requested a room with a bath, but it lacked a drain stopper.

The room was very clean, and tea and coffee were give everyday. It was a very big room. The bathroom includes shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, and soap. Enough towels were give. The location is perfect for anyone visiting the city, central with everything around.
My room faced the street, and it was very noisy at night. I could barely sleep because of the noise from cars. I found the bed uncomfortable too.

The staff was helpful, and it was great I leave my bags before check in and after check out. I feel this is very convenient if you arrive earlier or depart later than the check-in or check-out times.
